Pro License and domain tagging

This is kind of urgent please:

I want to buy a pro license(non re banded) for my client who obviously will have full control over the cpanel of his server. The client insists that he has a copy of the scripts that are being bought for his site using his domain name. I was wondering if I provide the snippet Master script to him, is it locked to a specific domain when bought and registered or can it be misused by the client by providing it for other domains illegally?

The license will be usable only for the one website to which it is "locked". 

when you first purchase the license key, it can be used with any website.  Then once it is used for the first time... it becomes "locked" to that website only, and can't be used anywhere else.  (So your customer will not be able to use the key for any other website.)
