Tinymce still stripping Flash Code & Includes

I am using swfobject for my flash on my site and Tinymce still strips the code so the flash does not show up in Firefox (swfobject doesn't even use the embed tag), and it also deletes the includes which I have the site menu in an include. I was allowing the client to edit the whole file and it appears that is the crux of the problem. As soon as I put the snippet tags in the include file at the top, and moved the snippets around on the main page so that the include was not within the snippet tags, it works fine. I can even now edit the whole file without the flash or includes being stripped.

I am using version v2.2.3.2 of Snippetmaster Pro.

I have no idea if this helps with the Youtube code as I believe it is still forcing you to use the embed code.
