[-] Rebrandable Demo
« on: September 01, 2009, 03:56:41 AM »

This is just a request for guidance.  I have a free rebrandable licence and i am preparing a demo version of my own to go on my website.
Managed to change both the header and footers no problem.  My question relates to the demo (example) snippet files.  Would it be better to prepare my own or do most people go with the examples that come with the software and change all mention of snippetmaster buried in the text?

If I use the examples files 'as is' I obviously run into problems with snippetmaster being mentioned in the text.  What would you recommend?  It just seems a pity to have to write from stratch the demo/example files with the snippets.  You explain the software so well, I couldn't do it any better.

I would recommend simply using the demo text that comes with Snippetmaster... but change the name "Snippetmaster" to whatever you have called the software in your rebranded installation.

Smile
