Prevent resizing divs and page elements

I have a single snippet including several divs, images, and text.  I wish all to be editable.  I prefer a single snippet so the page will display in the snippetmaster edit page as a single page rather than multiple fragments.

I modified the editor group to not allow the user to resize.  However, the edit window puts resize boxes around the divs which can be easily resized.  Of course, this destroyes my page layout that requires specfic div sizes.

Is there anyway I can prevent resizing of divs and all page elements?
