Blank page 2 during install

Hi,

I get to http://www.bjm-medical.com/sm/install/install2.php using the autoinstaller and it is just a blank white page and won't go any farther.

sm/snippet-db folder is writeable.

Does anyone know what else might be wrong?

A blank page might indicate there is a corrupted file somewhere...

Try re-installing (uploading) all the files, and see if that fixes it. If not, then you can request a free installation here:

I tried filling out your request free install form and it kept telling me to put in my email address (and I already had it in there). Even taking it out and putting it back in wouldn't let the form submit.

I will try removing and uploading the autoinstaller.php file again.

OK. If the submit form isn't working (strange!) then you can just send an email to "" with your ftp info and install folder, and I'll take a look.
