I've installed this software many times but this is the first time I've run into this issue: When I make a change to a snippet and click "Preview", it automatically logs me out.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't seen this issue happen before, unless there is something not configured correctly.
If you don't make any changes to the snippet, does it still log you out?
(ie: Try just opening a file for editing and then immediately click the Preview button.)
If it still doesn't work, can you let me know? I can run some tests on your server to see if maybe there is a problem with "PHP Sessions" or something...
Thanks!

Yes. It also logs me out if I click "Save".
I've never seen this before either, so I'm thinking either all files didn't FTP over, or perhaps a file became corrupted during transfer.
Right now I'm FTPing files from another client where I know this is working, then will upload the customizations I've set up for this client.

For the record, this didn't work. I'm still getting thrown out when I click "Save" or "Preview".
Am checking further to see if there is anything on the server that would be causing this.

So far nothing to indicate that there is a server problem either. Anything you can do to help me, admin, would be greatly appreciated.

OK, can you send me an email with the following info?
1. A link to this thread, so I know what is the problem.
2. Your snippetmaster admin un/pw.
3. An FTP un/pw to the folder where snippetmaster is installed.
4. Step by step instructions to recreate the problem.
Thanks!
