What is the meaning of this -->

As I opened SnippetMaster the last time, I got the following site error: "the file /srv/www/htdocs/web201/html/domains/.../editor/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.0.so to be installed by the site administrator"

The message disappear, when I reload the page.  Shocked
Is there a problem?
