This is a question you'll have to ask your web hosting provider. The timeout system in Snippetmaster is dependent on the "PHP Sessions" time setting by your hosting provider.
(ie: The Snippetmaster "session" will last as long as the "PHP Session" that is determined by how your web hosting provider has set up your web server.)
If you need a recommendation for a good web hosting provider, let me know.

I can't think of anything else. Snippetmaster does a "check" before it takes any action, to make sure that the PHP Session still exists. If it is gone, then this means the Session has been removed by the web server, and Snippetmaster displays the "session timeout" error you are seeing.
The only way this error can occur is if the PHP Session for snippetmaster is destroyed.

This is a notification from the PHP software that a previous php "session" was started somewhere else. Notices and warnings like this should be hidden, however.
Is it causing the admin area not to work? If so, can you send me an email with your snippetmaster url and admin un/pw and steps to recreate the problem and I'll login and take a look? (henri at www.snippetmaster.com)
