I have tried installing the free version of snippetmaster to have a look at the product, it appears to be a great product. I can run the installer fine but when i click on the installation wizard, the page is blank. From my research of the problem it appears to be related to  ioncube loader.
Any advise on how to fix this problem would be welcome

Whenever I try to edit in chrome, I can edit the text just fine, including the html.  The window pops up fine for that.  Whenever I'm in wysiwyg and I try to highlight and make a hyperlink, the pop up doesn't come up.  It comes up just fine in FF but not here.  And like I said before, the HTML pop up comes up just fine.

Another strange thing I noticed is that all of my css classes come up fine in FF but aren't all in the selection box when I'm in Chrome.

Any help here would be wonderful.  I'm still feeling out the territory with the free version before I dig deeper and look into licensing.

Oh, I did try these operations using the demo area with the same results.

Thanks

I encountered the same problem today.  Everything works fine in FF but when I bring it up in IE, I can't even click on the text to edit it.

Hello,

The PHP warning is because you're using PHP 5.5.  Please send an email to and I'll send you the updated file you need to remove the error.

For the license issue, you can get a trial version license here:

http://www.snippetmaster.com/orders/index.php?task=product&product_id=5

It is no problem to use two different domains for the same license, as long as they are for the same website.  I will need to manually update the license for you on the license servers, so just let me know what is the "extra" domain, and I can do that for you.

Thanks!

The problem is, that the site isn't on a web server, but its a lokal server in my company.
it's an intranet site and the domain changes, after i port it to the live server.

is there a pro-trial version out?

Also i am having a problem with the startsite of snippetmaster:
error: Warning: Illegal string offset 'snippetcount' in ...

can u tell me what could be the issue here?

thanks!
Daniel

Hello,

The license can be used for any single website.   So you can use the same license for a test server and a live server, as long as the license is associated with the same domain name.

(If you run into any license problems, just let me know and I'll be happy to fix it for you right away.)

Cheers!

Hello!

I am currently using/trying out the lite Version of snippetmaster on a test Server.

My question now is:
when i buy as pro license and i try it out on my test Server, can i use the exact same license on my "live" Server after i transfered my Website?
or are those licenses oneway?

thanks in advance!
regards,
Daniel

The problem you're seeing with the browsers is because of "illegal snippet offset" error.  I have a fix for this -- just email me at I'll take care of it.

For the purchase of Snippetmaster, you definitely can pay without creating a Paypal account.  When you arrive on the paypal website, there is the option at the top (default) to enter your email and password for PayPal or create an account.

Under that, should be the option called "Pay with a debit card, or PayPal Credit" and little text that says, "
(Optional) Join PayPal for faster future checkout".  Click that link to expand it, and then it will ask for your card details, billing address/info, etc…

I hope that makes sense?

Hi There Henri

I have sent you an email re probs with being unable to use IE &  chrome & script errors in Firefox etc so hopefully you will get that.  I have just tried to purchase a pro version and the only way to pay by credit/debit card is to have or open a Paypal account.  For my last pro licences some time ago I was just able to enter debit card details.  I do not want a paypal account, is there any other way of paying or can you see why the option just to pay without having to have an account has changed.

Thanks.

Eileen

Hi,
I can't create a folder for the upload of my images in my Pro Snippet Master. When I click save, the program doesn't save the folder
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

J-C
