While trying to use the Autoinstaller i get the message after putting in my username, passward, and hostname
I was unable to get a list of files or folders from your FTP server. When I tried to use the manual install i get this message fatal error unable to read 5778 bytes path/to/install2.php line 0 can anyone offer any ideas on this I want to make sure i can set it up and it does what I need before I buy it

Hmmm.. strange error.
Can you send me:
1) a link to this thread.
2) Your ftp un/pw
And I'll take a look to see what might be the problem.

Thanks, I read the previous message on manual upgrade where you indicated a problem with the autoinstaller not being able to get the server to understand the list command. I will attempt to do a fresh unzip and upload of the program and try the manual install again. Hopefully I can get past the Access not allowed message
