I get to the screen ...

"SnippetMaster Auto-Installer

Please navigate through the folders below and find your SnippetMaster program folder. (Find the folder where this Auto-Installer is located.)

The Install Now! button will become enabled once you have selected the correct folder.
Selected folder:"

There are no folders below listed, and if I try and manually type in the folder location for the install, the "Install Now!" button remains ghosted.

(Browser: FireFox 1.5.0.2 on a MAC)

Hmm.. when you log in with this un/pw using a normal FTP program, do you see any folders listed?

If you can send me an ftp un/pw and link to this thread, I'll check it out for you. Smile

Hello,

OK, I just tested this out for you...

I think the problem is that you are using an ftp user that doesn't have enough permissions or does not get "placed" into the correct folder after logging into the ftp server?

For example, it appears the test user you provided for me gets placed into the "/" folder.  I have no idea what folder this is located, but it's probably not the folder where the autoinstaller is located...

You should try using the auto-installer with your main account ftp un/pw.

Let me know how that goes.
