Our web site uses a blackish background image as a background for our web pages, so the text is white or light yellow. The Snippetmaster text editor background is white. We need to change the background of the text editor to black. Do we need to add this style to the <textarea> of the editor, and if so, and where do we do this, OR if this is not the correct procedure then what is the correct procedure? Thanks.

I have just come across the same problem myself. I can now see why this would be required. It seems to be because the font on this particular website is hard coded and not a style, but since I didn't do the design I don't want to waste work time going through all the code and creating styles for everything. I found that with styles the editor doesn't read them and so will display the text black. you just need to ensure you or the client maintains the styles, but generally I've found they fix little indescrepancies themselves without too much trouble.
If it is possible to make the editor have a black background it would be great. I don't know if this would be possible though. If it is, then please tell us all how

Easiest fix I've found for this is set the background colour of the table to black
<table bgcolor="#000000">
