When I try to link a file to text in a snippet by:
Selecting the text;
Select 'link' icon;
Select 'Browse' option to 'Link URL'.
The pop-up to display files is blank
Any ideas what might be causing this?

Hello,
It could be there is a corrupted file that is causing the blank problem. Or the Ioncube Loader isn't working properly to decode the page.
If you can send me an email with your login un/pw and exact steps to recreate the problem, then I can take a look. ()
