Works on Mac, not on PC

I just installed Snippetmaster for a client. It works fine on my Mac with me logged in as "admin", but when the client logs in as a "Super" user, she can't highlight or change text. I've used this setup before with no problem. Any ideas what might be wrong?

This might be a browser problem?  Try it with IE or Firefox, and see if that fixes the issue.
