I see that you removed some of my postings and made a duplicate reply after weeks and weeks of ZERO attention.

Anyone who pays you for this krap is making a HUGE mistake.

No help for me, thanks - I'm deleting your garbage from my hosting momentarily.

It's a PHP version problem.  If you let me know what is your FTP info I can fix this for you quickly.  You can send it to and I'll take care of it right away.

Cheers!

Hmm.. I am not seeing anything in my inbox.  Can you try sending again?  What is the error you're seeing in the bounce back message?

Thanks!

Your email is broken - and the bounce message clearly referred to 2 email addresses for you in 2 different domains.

I have been using Snippetmaster, successfully, for a couple of years, hosting with 1&1

I am also experiencing a similar problem.
The message " Illegal string offset 'snippetcount' in /xxxxxxxxxxxxx/snippetmaster/includes/templates/main.html on line 0" is displayed several times in the admin panel

I have performed similar searches and come up with the the same incomplete solutions.

Is there a solution now available for this problem?

PHP: 5.4.27

Thanks

A previous post to this forum implied that although this error message is issued, the functionality is unaffected.  I have attempted to link an uploaded file to selected text in a SnippetMaster area. On browsing for the file, in order to select it to be linked, the 'Browse' pop-up window does not show any folders/files to select - it is completely blank.

Any ideas?

This is a problem with the PHP 5.4 version setup on your server.  Email me your FTP info and I'll fix this for you asap.

All the requested information was emailed, plus a number of requests for a status update, which have not been answered.  I will re-send

Can you send me a private message here in the forums with the email address you're using?  I'll make sure it's whitelisted in my spam system, as perhaps it's being filtered somewhere..
