Snippet Master not loading

Greetings

A few years back a webdesigner did me a website which I was using SnippetMaster to edit. However now when I enter this;

http://www. name of website .com/scms/index.php

Nothing happens.  I just get a blank screen, not the login page etc.

The site is uploaded to 1&1.  The scms/index.php file is there.  The only thing that has changed is that I upgraded my 1&1 package to 1&1 Unlimited.  I have emailed I&1 support to see if they have any ideas what is wrong but I thought I would also post a message here.

Just found an older post re the issue which seems to be with 1&1 (I did put 1&1 in to search before I first posted but got no results).

I have forwarded it to a developer helping me out.

Btw how do I know which version of SnippetMaster I am using if I can't get it to load and see that info.
