Snippetmaster install wizard problem.

I have got snippetmaster (ioncube) working but when using the install wizard, it gives me this error:

The db.inc.php file was not found. Are you sure it exists? To solve this problem, you must create an empty file called to db.inc.php, upload it to your /snippetmaster/ folder, and then make sure it has write permissions.

even though I have properly setup the db.inc.php and permissions

This is typically a permissions problem.  Let me know what is your FTP info and I will take a look.  ()
