delete old, obsolete pages from the user's directory

I've re-desgned a website, created lots of new pages, took off old pages. But these still show in the snippet editor's  file list. That's very confusing for my client.
How can I delete old pages from the user's directory which shows when opening the files list in snippetmaster?

Delete them using FTP.

I've looked into the snippetmaster folders on the cpanel, and via ftp on the remote server (which probably is the same), but cannot find any folder containing these old pages (or the new ones either). Where, in which folder, exactly are they stored?

I'm not sure I understand...  I have no idea where your files are located.  Maybe ask your hosting provider to help you find them?
