Change Bullet list default button to a picture or &; hml

Is there somewhere in the code where you can change the default bullet list DOT to an image or an html charactor code?

No.  Unfortunately, the bullet functionality (like most of the editor) uses "built-in" features of IE to do the magic.  I am not able to modify the functions to use anything besides bullets.

Although you might be able to use CSS to "replace" the normal html look/feel with whatever you wish...
