Considering purchasing the Pro version and giving it a whirl. If later, I wanted to upgrade to the Rebrandable, is there a price reduction for the cost of the Pro? In other words, would the Rebrandable price be reduced by $24.95, if you previously purchased the Pro.

Yes, the upgrade price for PRO "regular" to PRO "rebrandable" would be $50.
(So you would just need to pay the cost difference in price between the two license types.)
