Fails to install after part 2

Hi im totally new to this software. I tried to use the autoinstaller and everything went fine until i got to part 2 where you enter the admin details. After adiing the admin details, my browser just loads up the usual page saying page not found. then when i try the url/snippet master it gives me a page saying
The program is not able to continue because you are missing at least one required value in your database.
This problem is usually because:

The Installation Wizard did not finish.
Part of your database is corrupted or deleted.
You must fix this problem and then start the Installation Wizard again.
Instructions To Restart The Installation Wizard:

1. Open your  file and delete the contents of the file.

2. Reload this page (click refresh in your browser) and the program will automatically detect that it needs to be reinstalled.

When i clear the code out of the db.inc.php, save it and upload the file back to the sever, the same thing just happens all over again.

If anyone could help it would be great, because i cant get my head around it. Thanks

Hmmm.. it might be something wrong with the PHP configuration for your website.

The best solution is to request a free installation and I'll take a look for you.

Im still having problems installing snippet master, from when you installed it for me. When i try to enter my details to setup the administration in part 2 at the url http://mchughsvenue.ie/snippetmaster/install/install2.php , which you have setup for me it still gives me an "Internet explorer cannot find the webpage" everytime i enter my details and same thing happens with different browsers.  And when i refresh it just goes back to the page where i enter my admin details. I cant understand why it wont go past this stage. Maybe if i gave you my details could you setup the admin for me, if possible.

Hi henry.

I rang my hosting company this afternoon and they showed me how to get the error log in my control panel. Im still confused with what to do, the error log just seems to say the file favicon does not exist. Here is the error log i copied and pasted.

 
If you want to show tail of log file - enter Line number = "end"

To be honest, I'm not really sure what is the problem.  The error log says that file does not exist.. but it does… so… I think the problem might be with your hosting setup.

The only suggestion I can make is to switch to a different hosting provider.  Let me know if you'd like a good recommendation where you can get SnippetMaster PRO (rebrandable version) for free.
