When I run phpinfo on the client's hosting the bottom of the first sections says:
This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2010 Zend Technologies
And the PHP section has:
Zend Extension 220060519
However I am getting the Zend Optimizer not installed error page.
I had to manually install snippetmaster already because the ftp settings wouldn't work. I had this same problem at this same company on their old server and yesterday they moved the website (from Nuvox to Windstream servers). When they moved the website, they put the snippetmaster folders in all the wrong places so I am having to reinstall the program, but I was anticipating having to do so after they moved it.
So, is there something else I can do to get around this as it appears Zend is installed so I cannot call Windstream and ask them to install it.
Thanks - Judy

OK - Zend optimizer is NOT installed so please disregard this. I am hoping that Windstream will install it or I guess we won't be using snippetmaster on this website!

So, Windstream has informed me that Zend Optimizer was on the old web server, but cannot be installed on the new one. I don't know anything about if this is an old software requirement and that is why they won't do it, or if there is anything related to IonCube that can be done but I still don't even understand what the purpose of the Zend Optimizer is to make the program work.
I just thought that anyone with Windstream webhosting that is trying to use Snippetmaster might want to know this!
