File disappears from drop-down list

First, sorry my english.

I have a customer who has succesfully used SnippetMaster for long time.
Pages are .php pages, whitch has snippet tags to edit html content.

Now we have broblem. Index.php disappears after editing from drop-down list.
I can see file (index.php) thru web browser and in ftp program, but it doesn't exist in a list, so my customer could not edit the file. When I check the source code, everything seems to be ok. Snippet tags are correct and in their places.

Can someone help me? I can write code if needed.

Ok, I think I found a solution. Problem seems to be server-side, because fixing page size smaller maked it visible again.
