After a new install (Pro version) some icons are missing in the online help file. Please check this URL to show the problem: http://www.kdvdoortje.nl/site/cms/templates/help.html. Is there a solution? Thanks!

I do not see these missing images when I click the link in your original post. Maybe there is something on your computer that is blocking the files from displaying?
(They display correctly for me when I click the link you provided.)
