Configuration issue - URLs / paths incorrect

Having installed and configured SCMS without any errors, I now find that when editing a page none of the images are found and instead placeholders are displayed. When I preview the page the URL for the image is incorrect. The path should be http://www.rghire.co.uk/assets/<imagename> but instead there is an extra "ex.htm" inserted in the URL.

See atached image for illustration.

I have checked all the paths and they seem correct. Can't figure out where this extra text hs come from.

I also have emailed Henri a few times but not heard back, which is unusal.

Any help appreciated.

Hmm.. I don't recall seeing any emails about this issue.  Can you resend?  It looks like maybe there is a file path set incorrectly somewhere.

Please send me your info, and I'll take a look.

Ok, I'll resend the email from every address I have but I already did this and some came back while others you say you didn't receive.

Add these addresses to your safe senders list/spam white list and you should get at least one of my messages!

yes the problem still exists, on two separate installations of SnippetMaster (both on the same server and both installed at the same time.
