unable to connect to your ftp server with the username and password you provided

I just uploaded the auto installer file and accessed it through my browser. I entered the FPT info just like I would in my FTP program to access the site and transfer files and I got the error message below:

A PROBLEM WAS FOUND!The following error(s) must be fixed before you can continue:

I was unable to connect to your ftp server with the username and password you provided.

I'm not sure what the problem is since I use the same info to successfully ftp to this account all the time.

I'm not too sure... the autoinstaller uses standard FTP commands to try and connect.  Have you tried using the website domain name as the hostname?
