How to change the “Starting Folder” to the root folder?

Hello,

I want to work on files reside in the root folder of my website and when I made the starting folder to the root it gave me an error

Here is my admin sitting:
Starting Folder:      D:\inetpub\mywebsite
Starting URL:      http://mywebsite.com

Here is the error message:
SnippetMaster LITE v2.2.2 : PROGRAM ERROR
SnippetMaster LITE is unable to continue due to the following error:
The D:\inetpub\mywebsite folder does not exist!
Your Starting Folder probably does not exist. Your admin needs to go to the Admin area and check the Starting Folder setting for your user is correct.
