Error when I go to website snippetmaster URL

Hi, A client uses snippetmaster, and she has just asked me what this means.  Unfortunately never having used snippetmaster before I do not know...can anyone shed some light on it please?

When is this error being displayed?  It looks like it's related to the IONCUBE software (which is used to decode the encrypted snippetmaster software).

You might want to show this to their web hosting provider, as I believe it is something they will need to fix.
