Hi there, I purchsed the PRO license nearly 48 hrs ago and still have not recieved any email or any correspondence about the purchase. I have emailed henri detailing the purchase and the PayPal reciept but recieved nothing. Any idea what to do?

I'm in a similar position I've writen to henri but had no replies in about the same time.
I've not purchased anything yet, because I need some info off hiim, Although I believe he maybe on holiday|(vacation).

Any Idea when he will be returning from his holiday? I hope its not like a 2 month vacation. Im screwed otherwise. I really need the serial for this. Was there a notice posted on the site warning people about this?

I'd carry on and set up the free Lite version as it is the same program but many of the advanced features are unavailable. You will need to set up the site snippets etc. The Lite version allows you to do all text editing and to set up links, but does not have file uploads and multi-users activated. When you get the license ifo you just enter it into the Lite version and it activates the Pro features.
When Henri re-appears he will be able to sort out the payment/license issue.

Yup I figured I would just have to wait. Its just a bummer cause I lost a client due to the fact that i couldn't deliver a site with the complete web administration. I know this software was oerfect for this client too. So now I may be looking for alternative admin systems and may come back to this one a little later. Anywayz thanks for the recommendations and help thus far.

Normally, Henri answers very quickly. His support ist always great and useful.
Perhaps he's taking a few days off.

Yup just my luck i guess for him to be taking a few days off when i decide to purchase his software. I guess i just got to be patient. Yeah judging from the support forum i can see this software has excellent support. I just hope Henri is ok and he will be back soon. PLEASE COME BACK SOON HENRI!!
