Subdomains - 2 licences login to same subdomain

I have two sub domains set up

sub1.domain.com
sub2.domain.com

I have two licences, which I intended to use for each sub domain, one for each.  My account admin panel states that each licence key has been issued to each of the sub domains (ie licence one has the details for sub1.domain.com and licence two has details of sub2.domin.com), although when I login in to either of the editing areas, they both login to sub1.domain.com.  I need one to login to sub1.domain.com and the other to login to sub2.domain.com

Can any one help?

You will need to install Snippetmaster separately for each subdomain.  Then be sure that the "Starting URL" and "Starting Folder" for the users in each installation are correct.

Let me know if you still can't get it working and I can login and confirm the installation configuration for both instances are correct.
