Problems paying with Paypal again!

Can you help?

I need to purchase your pro license for a client site (as I have done in the past) but Paypal will not accept my Visa Business Debit Card (it has in the past!) - it keeps asking me "We were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. To proceed with checkout, please verify the information you entered is correct or try a different card."  ... though there is NO choice how or where to verify the info!

The details are all correct and I have paid you before with this method - this is the only payment method I have as I do not want to use personal cards for business.

Can you please help me here?

Can you remind again how I get my license number? Is it emailed across or do I need to log in somewhere?

The fulfillment email should arrive in your inbox right after payment is made.  If it doesn't arrive, then it's likely a spam filter has killed it somehow.

In that case, you can login to your account in the license management system and grab your license from there:
