If PHP is install on the server can SnippetMaster edit static content in Cold Fusion, ASP or JSP pages?

Yes, SnippetMaster can edit any text file.    You can specify the type of files it should be able to edit by adding the appropriate "file extension" into the settings on the "General" tab in the admin area.
