Connect to a site using FTP?

Can it connect to a site on another server with FTP? This way i could setup different users in one admin but have them connect to different sites.

If not what would it take to develope this?

The feature you have described is not possible. 

However, it is something I have considered for the future.. perhaps a "hosted" version of SnippetMaster.

It will not be available for at least 6 months, however.. it is very difficult and would require almost completely re-writing the entire application.
