The new version of SnippetMaster has a lot more features and functionality then the old 1.x version... and so it is more complex to use.  I've tried to make it as intuitive and easy-to-use as possible, but....

... I highly recommend that you fully read the Documentation and Installation Guide (also located in the /snippetmaster/documentation folder of the .zip file) before you start the installation of the new version. Specifically, be sure to read the section on upgrading from the exisitng version.

** This is especially important if any of your files contain snippet tags, because there is some important information about a major change to the snippet tag system.

How To Upgrade From SnippetMaster 1.x To the New Version

Existing SnippetMaster users that have snippet tags in their files will need to know some specific information about how to upgrade.  You can find this information in the bottom part of the How To Upgrade page of the Documentation and Installation Guide.
