Very short time-out

We are getting a time-out in less than 10 minutes.
I read the forums on time-out. I'm hosted on IPower.
Is this a server issue??

Hello,
Yes, this timeout issue is 100% because of your server's PHP configuration.
http://www.snippetmaster.com/forums/index.php/topic,1117.0.html
http://www.snippetmaster.com/forums/index.php/topic,1411.0.htm
Please see the two threads above, which give some information on how to change the timeout period from 10 minutes to whatever you desire.
(Basically, it is a few settings on your web server's PHP setup that determine how long PHP "sessions" last for.)
