Lost my key

I have been using Snippet Master PRO v2.2.3.2 on one site for one of my clients. About a month ago the database became corrupted and said that the column 'name' could not be found.

I re-installed it and then realized I could not find my key. The encypted key information each of the files is present in the old files but cutting and pasting doesnot appear to be a viable solution.

I tried to log into the Client login but I believe I used what is now an obsolete email address. Is is possible to retrieve the key for this site.

Hi Jeff,

Yes, you can login to the license management system here to retrieve your lost key (and see order information, etc.):

However, if your email address has changed.. then you'll need to contact me directly so that can be reset before you can login.    Please let me know what is your paypal transaction ID, so I can look up your account and confirm ownershpi, etc...
