Help! Nothing showing up in editor in IE and images not showing up in FireFox!

Please help! I just did the automatic install on a site today and when I use the editor in Firefox it pulls up the page correctly but doesn't show any images of the web page and when I try to use the Snippet Master editor in IE (all PC) it doesn't show ANY of the page I am trying to edit. Please help if you can! Thanks!

It sounds like maybe there is a file path problem somewhere.

Can you login as admin user, and then click the "users" tab.  Then edit the user, and make sure the Starting Folder and Starting URL are correct?
