No wysywig

I did not see a solution to my issues. I had installed the lite version and all was working fine. My client who I set it up for uses a MAC with Safari and she made changes but all the text formatting changed. Then I get the Language file currupt error. I deleted the install and reinstalled. Now I do not see ANYTHING in the wysiwig editor, but able to see the files dropdown. But when I log in under regular user the file dropdown is not there. Seems like the reinstall did not tako or some configuration file is left behind.

ANy ideas to get this working again.

Sounds like something on your web server must have been changed to cause the problem. 

My first suggestion is to ask your hosting provider what they changed... 

Other then that, can you make sure that your "regular user" type is correct?  if you can see the snippet dropdown when logging into Snippetmaster as Admin or "Super" user.. then the problem is  most likely with incorrect regular user settings.

If you can't see the Snippet with the admin user.. then the problem is most likely that the Snippet Tags are incorrectly formatted.
