Limitations on size of Excel files

A 600 line roster I pasted from Excel into a Snippet area results in the following message when attempting to save the file:

      Windows Internet Explorer
      Stop running this script?
      A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly.
      If it continues to run your computer may become unresponsive.

Is there a limit as to the length of an Excel spreadsheet you may paste within the Snippet boundaries on a page?

For the maximum length Excel file permitted , what value do you set the height= within the BeginSnippet statement?

Hello,

No, there is no limit to the size of an Excel spreadsheet, but I suspect the problem is that the editor is trying to "process" the spreadsheet and it's taking a long time.. which is why you see the message.

When you paste the Excel contents, can you try using the "Paste from word" toolbar icon and see if that helps at all?
