Transport error when trying to enter license key

I am trying to enter a license key, but keep getting the following error:

Code:

transport error - HTTP status code was not 200

(Header: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found )

(Request: POST /phpaudit/rpc.php HTTP/1.0 Host: www.key-vault.com Content-Type: text/xml User-Agent: The Incutio XML-RPC PHP Library Content-length: 367 license.get_status api_keyXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX licenseXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ) (ErrorCode: -32300)

I have checked http://sitename.com/snippetmaster/includes/diag/license-server-connection.php and everything appears to working. Any ideas?
