[-] Making Links
« on: August 21, 2007, 08:58:22 PM »

I want to allow my client to create links and add new info to the pages. When I hit return after some content in a css box the curser jumps to the top of the page outside the box and the link icon is not active. I've tried looking through the admins options and can't get the links icon active.

Any suggestions?

I just noticed that the admin cannot create links either.

Hello,

Hmm.. I'm not sure what might be causing that.  Is it possible to send me a link to your Snippetmaster install and a un/pw to login and test?  I'll take a look...  (henri @ www.snippetmaster.com)

In order to activate the link icon, you need to select a valid "element" that can contain a link.  (ie: Select some text or something...)

Yes, I selected some text. But the link icon is greyed out at all times.
I'm sending the info now.

Ok, I just replied.. I was not able to recreate the problem.  I added some text, selected it, and then added a link to it without any problem.

My email has more info...  Smile
