Deleting uploaded files

I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out how to delete files that were uploaded via the upload function.

I was running v 2.1.1 and have upgraded to v 2.2.2 which has been sucessfully installed. After logging in again I set "Can manage files?" under the user admin to yes.

Where would I now look to be able to delete files? I still can't find it.

If the ability to manage files is enabled for the user, then they will be able to delete/rename files when they "browse" for them using any of the file browser pages.

(ie: When adding a new link, or searching for an image, etc..  these are accessed from the editor screen area.)
