failed to open stream

script looks  great but why am I gettign this error - - i have rechecked paths etc etc

Hello,

This is caused because the .ftpquota file does not have enough "read" permissions given to it... and so snippetmaster fails because it can't read the file.

Solution:

1) Delete the file.  I suspect you're using a cpanel server.. and that file is useless.

2) use your ftp program to "chmod" the file so it has "read" permissions for the "public" or "nobody" user.
