opening snippetmaster file after download

I don't seem able to open the file after downloading with winzip, what should i do to open it?

I'm not sure.  I just downloaded and tested the zip file.. and it seems to be working.  I suspect the problem is with your system somewhere.  Are you able to open other zip files without problems?

You should be able to simply right-click on the zip file in File Explorer, and then choose "Extract to..." from the options.  (This is assuming you have installed WinZip and allowed the context-sensitive options to be installed.)

Can you post the error message you are receiving?
