Inserted images show as broken links.

Working with a client on their pc.  When insert an image into a page, the image does not display in the preview box in the image selector although the file name appears on the selector fiield.  After completing the insertion the image appears as a broken link -- box with red x.  However, when I view the website from my local pc, the selected image appears in the preview box and the image is inserted correctly.

Client has WinXP. Firefox and IE browsers on their pc show same result.

One other thing...after they log into SnippetMaster, they are prompted for another username and password.  If they enter their local network login, they can proceed.
