Just moved a couple of sites from one server to another and want to check to see if this is a snippetmaster issue before I check with the server guys.
Older version 2.2.2.... yes I could update but not at this time.... if I can avoid it
We have a site that was working by going to theirname.ourname.com, however with the new server move when I go to that link it downloads a file called 'download' and does not show the page. However if I go www.theirname.ourname.com it works.... is there something in the SM settings that I need to tweak to get this to work?
The reason I ask is that we have other sites on the same server with theirname.ourname.com which work fine but do not use SM, it only happens to SM sites (three of them).... so it would appear it is an SM issue. I could be wrong but suggestions please.
And see what it does. If it triggers the download then the problem is with your hosting provider. Sounds like a PHP configuration issue.
I do recommend running the latest version of Snippetmaster, as it has several security fixed and bug fixes, etc.
It's possible one of the files in SNippetmaster got corrupted during the server move.. so you should try uploading all the files again just to be sure.
Other then that.. I really have no idea. If you get stuck, you can request a free installation here:
