Snippetmaster loads very slowly

On my page, snippetmaster reacts very slowly. Each step takes about 10 seconds until the next page appears. I use the ioncube encoding, as zend didnt work at all. My webspace is hosted at Strato (German company) and they know the zend-snippetmaster problem. (Just by the way)
Is this normal?

No, this is not normal.  The pages should load very quickly.

There must be a problem with either your web server or your internet connection.

Can you try the demo here:

http://www.snippetmaster.com/demo

And see if it is also slow?  If so, then the problem is your internet connection...
