Ioncube says its installed.... SM still wont work?

I had to contact my hosting co. to install the php.ini file. They then ran the diagnostics, and Snippit Master still doesnt work. I know next to nothing about CMS, I am well and truely lost. I have about 15 clients I would like to run this with to free up my time from doing updates. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated!

Sorry for the delay with my response. 

What I recommend is filling out the free installation request here:

Then I can take a look and see what might be the problem.
