I'm RE-posting this question as I put it in the wrong area before, so would like to see if I get any further feedback to the same problem...
BELOW IS THE ORIGINAL POST...
I had SnippetMaster installed on my clients server about a month ago. The clients website is very small, approximately 10-15mb in size and the server space it's sitting in is 100mb. When I first installed SnippetMaster on that server everything seemed fine, until the next day I got an automated emailed from the server saying my 'Current disk space consumption has reached a critical limit' for that particular account.
I logged in to the server and saw that I now had only 1mb left of my original 100mb. I assumed SnippetMaster had taken all the remaining 85mb of web space, which I thought was large but accepted it. So I increased the clients web quota to 150mb to allow plenty of extra space.
Today I received another automated email from the same server saying 'Current disk space consumption has reached a critical limit.' So again I logged back in and saw the extra 50mb I'd added earlier was now gone again! There's no extra images been added to the site or no emails clogging up the server. The only difference is that the client has made a simple text edit using the SnippetMaster facility which is only active on 1 of his web pages.
Surely that simple text change via SnippetMaster wouldn't have swallowed 50mb of server, would it?!! Can anyone tell me how much disk space the SnippetMaster software should actually take, and is there a recommended web space quota required to run it? I give all my clients 100mb of web space which is more than enough for them, and I don't want to have to increase each web space just because of the SnippetMaster software or it's database bits is swallowing all my spare web space!
Can anyone please help or give me some suggestions?

SnippetMaster takes up just under 20Mb of server space. I'd check the site error/access log files in case it is one those which has suddenly grown in size.

Hi Jenkinhill, I'm a bit late, but thanks for your reply!
I'd like to check the site error/access log files but not sure where they're located. I have a reseller account for my hosting but I don't think I have access to these. Would this be something my hosting provider will have access to? When I've connected to the server for the particular hosting account I can't see any files named similar to that. I use a MAC so not sure if they might be hidden from my view.
Just out of interest, I purchased another SnippetMaster licence for a new client. I've been using it today with no problems. I then decided to try and see if I could download a back via the SnippetMaster control panel area, and like before it didn't do anything. Since then I've suddenly lost a whole load of server space, again! I'm assuming it's something to do with my loss of hosting space as each time I attempt to download a backup, my server space suddenly reduces in size.
I really like this software and it's so easy to set up, but if each time there's a slight error my server space suddenly gets eaten up, surely that's not right. I wouldn't mind as much if I could see how to fix it each time but I can't!
If you or anyone could help that would be much appreciated!!
