Any idea how I can get these very important styles to show up in the dropdown?

Never mind, I just figured it out, it's in the block dropdown, right?

Turns out, for those who care, that you need to set up h1 and h2 in the format dropdown, and have another style dropdown for other style sheets. No way in v2.x to control what styles are seen. Just in case anyone was looking for an answer.
